Stockmarket - stock market(also known as share market) refers to exchanges in which shares of publicly held companies are bought and sold. Both “stock market” and “stock exchange” are often used interchangeably. Traders in the stock market buy or sell shares on one or more of the stock exchanges that are part of the overall stock market. Investment bankers represent companies in various capacities that want to go public via an IPO or Mutual funds. People can involve in stock market by trading or investing in stocks.
Types of trading or categories of stock market trading:
1) Intraday trading - Intraday trading is also known as day trading. If an investor buys and sells stocks within the same specific day, then it is called intraday trading. (Scalping is a trading style that specializes in profiting off of small price changes and making a fast profit off reselling. In day trading, scalping is a term for a strategy to making small profits.)
2) Delivery trading: The delivery trading does not allow the usage of margins and must be forward to more than a day.
3)Swing trading : Swing trading capitalists on the changes or swings in prices of stocks or any other financial commodity in the market over a few days
4)Positional trading: The positional trading requires the traders to hold stocks for a long period of time.
Mutual Funds - A mutual fund is a pool of money managed by a professional Fund Manager. Mutual fund is a trust that collects money from a number of investors who share a common investment objective and invests the same in equities, bonds, money market.
Types of Mutual Funds : Equity mutual funds, Fixed income mutual funds, Money market mutual funds and Hybrid mutual funds.
The average mutual fund holds different securities, which means mutual fund shareholders gain diversification. Trading on the major stock exchanges, mutual funds can be bought and sold. Because a mutual fund buys and sells large amounts of securities at a time.
Loan - A loan is a sum amount of money that the applicant or companies borrow from banks or other financial institutions in order to fulfill the financial requirements. And the borrowed money is paid back to the banks with certain amount of interest after a defined period.
There are various types of loans available in India, and they are classified into two factors based on the purpose they are used for:
1) Secured Loans
2) Unsecured Loans
Loans are again sub- divided to categories like : Home Loan, Car Loan, Gold Loan, Personal Loan
Insurance - Insurance is a system that acts as protections against some loss of policy holders. There are some types of insurance like homes insurance, cars insurance or vehicle insurance,health insurance and life insurance.The insurance makes a hedging against some losses and its insures that the policy holder must be secured by giving the premiums. There are some types of insurances like: Health insurance,life insurance, vehicle insurance, car insurance and Home insurance etc.
health insurance -The insurance company agrees to pay all or some of the insured person's healthcare costs in return for payment of a monthly premium.
car insurance or vehicle insurance - The insurance company agrees to pay all cost of major damage of vehicle parts or repairing cost in case of any accidental damage.
Life insurance - The insurance company agrees to pay the all the coverage fund to policy holder's family in case of any happening or after the policy holder according to the premium plan used by policy holder.
